So This is my intense EVERYDAY WORKOUT:
CARDIO:
1h and 40mins RUNNING (1000calories)
20mins WALKING (200calories)
30mins Elliptical (300cl)
30mins Scales(240cl)
30mins Bike(150cl)
+ 100 ABS and some weight stuff
+ 1/2 lessons of Pump/PowerTraining/ToneUp/ecc @day
This is it. I’m doing it every day since OCTOBER, but NOT LIKE THIS.. at the beginning was WAY more easier and i lost more weight in october than now that i’m doing this intense program. BUT,there is a BUT… In this last month i binged A LOT. Like,too much. So i understand that i wheigh the same.
Whatever, what you think about? You think is this too much? Could this be the reason why i pretty gave up in these last days? Answer please(:

It does seem like a lot. Even if you have the time to do that much every day you will just wear yourself out. Maybe try for half of that workout one day, the second half the next day and just alternate :)
